Link the respondent of the candidate with the behaviour required for the job. Focus on the exact behaviour of the candidate in each scenario.
Consider the timeliness and frequency of behaviour: the closer to the current behaviour, the more accurately it can predict future work performance.
You should be decisive and take a stand when evaluating candidates.

it was nice - mostly focused on my analytical thinking
and also questions were on SQL and python - pandas in particular
so yeah focus on technical as well as analytical case studies and communication skills
