EY’s interview process starts with an online application and an initial phone or video screening. This is followed by a recorded video interview with behavioral questions. 2 calls one with manager and then with partner. They went one after the other and before them i had a call with the HR person. I think the process went smooth and had no issues or complaints
Consists of One-way interview, followed by several assessments and interview rounds with Manager/Senior Managers and Partner. Typically asks both personality-based and technical questions relating to audit procedures and methodologies.
Human interviews were positive, friendly and back and forth.
