Several rounds but you got to meet various employees at different levels. Conversation isn’t only about work, they try to understand you as a person. Don’t mistake it for easy, they want to see if you can flourish.

It centered around teamwork and how to approach different mindsets
The interview was relatively straight forward and focused on my ability to articulate my skills and experiences as in my CV, aligning my expectations with theirs, and answering my questions on the company culture, job scope etc.
The interview process was lengthy. I completed online assessments before a final video interview, and I went in blind, with no idea what questions might come up. I'd recommend preparing example questions beforehand for the digital interview.
