Standard behavioral and technical interview. Varies by team and individuals. Room for growth however large company. Expanding offices. Interview was more conversational given longer work experience and aging workforce retiring. Organizational changes.

First I had a call with the internal recruiter who explained the role and asked me some preliminary questions. I then had 5 interviews with various stakeholders that the role would be working with. Questions asked were focused on behavioural questions and scenarios.

First meeting with HR, then hiring manager, then an interview loop with 4 folks on the team via Zoom. Interviews weren't super challenging per se, but when the rounds completed I never found out about the job from a recruiter directly. Never was spoken to again by Expedia. Very poor experience working with the recruiters.
