J'ai passé un entretien chez Expedia Group (Londres, Angleterre) en juin 2018
Entretien
I applied via linkedIn and the interview process started in June. Had a phone screening with the recruiter and after 3 weeks was called in for a face to face interview with a hiring manager. Immediately the next day got an email from the recruiter that they would like me to meet other stakeholders for further round of interviews. This was scheduled in August. There were 4 rounds in total meeting various stakeholders related to the project. They were all very cordial and I felt the interview went well. Questions were mostly competency based and nothing too difficult at all. The whole process took almost 3 months during which I had taken 3 days off from my current work and travel to London to attend these interviews. As it went cold after a week, I followed up with the recruiter around first week of September and was told that, a few interviews were rescheduled for other candidates and it will take a week to finalise. It is now end of September and still I have got NO response from them.
It is totally fine if they have found a suitable candidate but for a company like Expedia you would expect them to send you a feedback on what the reason was for no selecting, especially after wasting your time for so many months (not weeks or days but months)

An overly negative and disrespectful selection process that involved 5 different interviews on different days, and with limited flexibility to a . Although most of the interviewers were kind and respectful, practically all of the questions were STAR-based generic questions.
Practically all questions asked by each of the 5 interviewers were "template questions" that can be asked to any candidate regardless of their background. Literally, most of the questions I was asked across the nearly 4 hours of interviews were those that you can find on the few hogh-rank articles that show up in Google search results for "product manager interview questions." One of the interviewers, who was particularly junior in the role (six months total, including a paternity leave, according to him), was not very professional and considerate to me during the meeting, probably intimidated by my clearly higher level of experience than him in the job. I politely asked some basic questions about the job such as "how is the employee performance evaluated" that were basically not answered.

Extremely smooth and transparent. HR reached out over an email and set up a discovery call to discuss the position/role/compensation and see if I’ll be interested. Next up was 30min call with hiring manager. We discussed my resume and what I’ve been up to in my current role and what is expected from the role they’re hiring for. Hiring manager liked me and I was put in what they call interview loop. This was 4 interview rounds with different people (everyone I will directly be working with). Each round was 45 min. Questions were around my work experience and behavioural questions (tell me about a time when…). Focus was on problem solving, conflict resolution, team work and critical thinking. The interviews were scheduled quickly and I was able to get done with everything within 7 business days. Thought out the process, HR kept me informed about the timelines. They got back to me after all candidates were interviewed with an offer.
