Firstly I was contacted by an HR person and briefed her on my experience as well as my motivations for this position. There were questions asking about past experience with my team and finally an expected salary. After that I had a call with the Project Manager of the candidates position team. He was friendly but yet not too casual. More information about the projects I was working on were asked, especially from the perspective of working in a team. Also he asked me why should I hire you? A question I was not very familiar until then. And thirdly was the technical interview which is an automated process in which you are receiving a series of questions, answered either by recording yourself in video or by typing. From those there was only one were you coded, many were a bit overly general like why choose javascript etc. After completing the latter there was just radio silence and unanswered emails.
