I rated this one as negative because they didn't even get back to me whether I was successful or not. Quite disrespectful towards candidates. I felt I wasted my time.
I had a first conversation with HR where explained my skills and prof exp. We agreed to have a f2f interview with the line manager. 30min.
I met the line manager to discuss about the role and how I could fit in. I also had an excel test. It was difficult as he carried out several tests in 1h 30min.
Excel test: A table with an ageing debt report. you have to propose 3 KPI's to him and you have to use Pivot tables, Vlookups and formatting mainly. There tricky questions and questions are like you already know about the place. Bit unfair from my POV.
Specific questions: Biggest achievement, any improvement you made in your current role, how you deal with stakeholders, what you know about the role and Expedia, etc.
