Applied online. Got a call from the recruiter in about 3 weeks to schedule an initial phone interview with a prospective team mate. This was followed in another few weeks with onsite interviews. It felt that there was some contradiction on how the position was described in the phone interview vs. onsite interviews. In addition, different interviewers seemed to have conflicting thoughts on the type of skills and experience that were required for the position.
