Entretien
I went through an extensive interview process that included four rounds with different interviewers, each asking similar questions. I successfully passed all the rounds, as well as a chemistry check, only to be informed that they hired someone from within the company instead. Communication with the recruiter and hiring manager was slow, and I had to constantly follow up on the progress.
Additionally, after passing all the interview rounds and being told that everyone rated me positively, I was informed that I was only considered qualified for a mid-weight role instead of the senior position for which I had been interviewed and presented the entire time.
