This was probably the most organised and thought-through interview process I have ever come across. The level of professionalism was really astonishing. Over the years we have come to lower our expectations with regards to recruitments esp driven by HR ops. Expedia was a complete exception to that. I was amazed at the efficiency and detail-orientation by HR and everyone else in the interview process.
