1) Four interviews in total. 2) Behavioral interviews : asking about your leadership experiences and most interesting experience 3) Case interviews: asked about- if a light bulb was off in the apartment, what will you do? 4) Final meeting with the director.

It was easy. It was only two questions, and it was all done virtually through a video interview. You had two attempts for each question and about 1 minute to answer each question, and then you were cut off.
