Recruiter phone interview (personality based / easy) > two separate team member phone interviews (personality based / easy) > Onsite interview with four different team members (skills & scenario based / somewhat challenging)

4. and group the results however you see fit

It was good and easy and it was a nice interview and the interviw went good and the people are nice and I liked everythign about it so that is basically it and that is it
