The process involved a brief screening with the recruiter and two phone interviews with software engineers. The process went well, the interviewers were really nice and helped me along the way. They were very encouraging. I would suggest you do accept their help if they offer it, but try not to rely on them too much. You need to find a balance.

I didn’t get an interview because my resume must not be a fit. I also don’t grind leetcode so idk. I hope in the future I will be a SWE FANG hype beast
