They already know a lot they just want to know how much do you desire the job and what kind of person they are hiring. So just answer the questions shortly but when asked about it as a passion you can actually be yourself.
2 rounds interview with 5 panel members in second round. did not expect it to be so tough. anyways it was a good experience. good learning. looking forward to crack other interview
First there was a phone call with the recruiter , then there were two back to back 45 minute on site interviews with a break in between covering troubleshooting and networking concepts

Overall process took about 1 month. I spoke with a recruiter that was great and very friendly. I had 2 45-minute google meet interviews back to back with 2 different people. I thought that it was honestly the worst interview I've ever had. The interviewer seemed extremely sexist and asked me questions that did not seem appropriate, more random and targeted and felt like he doubted my competency. As a woman in stem very confident in my abilities I was disappointed to feel this way but I honestly felt like I experienced more targeted questions than I ever had in my many STEM interviews. I left feeling disrespected and like I wanted to cry. Now hearing about all of their ethics issues I'm not surprised and fine about not being offered a position. The recruiter was kind and asked me to apply next year and to reach out to her if I were to apply again. Not sure if I will especially after those experiences. Would not share my feedback from interviews with me as they said it was anonymous. It also took way too long, I had to wait 2-3 weeks for any feedback from interview.
