A multi interview process that is long but thorough. Interviewers are well trained and personable, they are really trying to find the right fit but also know the areas of strength and growth. A positive experience.

It was a smooth interview process and it was completely using AI with out any human intervention, AI was asking good question but in between it got stuck but overall it was good.

Very well organized. Process oriented, got the results and feedback after the interview rounds. , with a group of candidates, or with a panel. Interviews are conducted in person, over the phone or by email, or via video conferencing tools.
it is a very intense process with multiple rounds and meeting with several different levels of people until you are finally selected to be part of the Google team and inducted into the company
