Coding interview with two non-real life tasks to solve in less than an hour. The first one was discussion and coding. The second was just a discussion on how could I approach the problem. I've presented solutions to both of the problems but got feedback afterwards that it's not enough for this position. I'm not sure what that is supposed to mean but I find this interview waste of time.

Disconnected. Uninterested recruiter. Lack of transparency throughout the process. I passed all interviews and the recruiting team was not able to connect me to any team, months later, asked me to clear some technical interviews again, which I did, and failed to connect me to a team.
