Basically, a mock assessment centre, be ready to face challenging questions, but it doesn't matter if you don't know much just yet, try to demonstrate your confidant and communication skills.

The real challenge begins, do as much research as you can.
5. Interview with Senior Manager/Director
The whole process was really efficient and impressive. They don't just set up the tasks and select people whoever passed it, you really will get an idea of what this job really is, and what types of challenges you will face in the real environment. They really start to train you on the very first stage of the application and make you prepared for the following processes.

First screening call with internal recruiter followed by Round table role play with country head with around 5-6 candidates in total, in person. The purpose would be to test how you handle rejections.
