3 Step Process: 1) Microsoft Teams call 2) Meeting with department lead 3) Meeting with director Quite a thorough yet comfortable interview process. Was made to feel at ease and this was aided through own personal prep regarding the role itself.

it was easygoing and clear. they explained how busy the work is going to be.
was engaging. however, it can be a stress environment because everyone is pressured to achieve their KPI. it is more of a sales job
First screening call with internal recruiter followed by Round table role play with country head with around 5-6 candidates in total, in person. The purpose would be to test how you handle rejections.
