It was a difficult process but well worth it as it challenged me to make sure I was confident that I can do the job! Also great opportunity to find out more about the company throughout the process! Also no role playing, which is a bonus

First screening call with internal recruiter followed by Round table role play with country head with around 5-6 candidates in total, in person. The purpose would be to test how you handle rejections.
