Auf meine Bewerbung hin erhielt ich zügig eine Einladung zum Telefoninterview, daraufhin folgte ein weiteres Gespräch mit dem Manager und eines in der Huawei-Zentrale in Düsseldorf mit dem CFO. Alle Gespräche waren auf Englisch und sehr angenehm. Letzendlich erhielt ich ein Angebot, wurde jedoch hingehalten, da von der mündlichen Zusage bis zum Erhalten des Vertrages etwa 5 (!) Wochen vergingen

Entretien
Interview was held in a hotel with more than 8 interviewer together in a meeting room sitting behind each tables. The whole interview lasted about 10 minutes. If you pass the first round, you may need to wait at there until the second round.

You will have an 1v1 interview. The question mainly focus on the motivation for the role or the educational and internship background. I was also asked the accounting issues like the financial report and revenue recognition.
