J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Huawei Technologies

Recruiter contacted me through linkedin. Was asked questions about my current role and asked to write a detailed description of my current position and put forward for an interview with two "senior" people in china over Zoom.
The interview was a really terrible experience. Some of the questions were too open ended, it was hard to know what they wanted from you as they could be answered 10 different ways. Also, I had 2 chinese interviewers who communicated in chinese between each of my answers which I found very rude. One of interviewers phone went off in the middle of the interview and left the room to take it. Later, the 2nd interviewer pulled out his phone and began scrolling through it. Also, they didn't even know the position I was interviewed for. Terrible candidate experience.
Then the recruiter got back to me to say that the hiring manager decided they couldn't proceed because I "didn't have the required 8 years of experience" - even though they reached out to me and asked me to interview, I never applied. My experience is extremely clear from my LinkedIn and CV so seems like incompetence on the recruiters behalf.
Overall, really poor experience. Bad, rude interviewers. Recruiter had little to no knowledge about the role (e.g. told me it was a really senior position but after research it was clear it was a mid level position) and clearly wasn't even aware of the basic requirements (8 years experience) wasting mine and the companies time.
Think I dodged a bullet here.

Interviewer was late to the meeting. Asked superficial questions and did not know how to ease interviewee into the interview, main interviewer was silent, did not know how to understand English.
