First stage is an online test. 20 multiple choice questions, followed by 2 coding problems. The whole test takes 2 hours. The multiple choice questions are of great variety, mostly about algorithms and specific cases with C++.

Technical interview followed by general personality questions. The person interviewing me was not associated with the team I was going to join so it was hard to ask questions about the actual role as well as technological questions since they were simply conducting the interview.
