You are being asked for your technical background and the basics of antennas, communications and telecommunications. You go through the different parts of those by the different team members. You may also go through multiple interviews and also be suggested of positions to interview for.

They wanted to have 3-4 rounds of interviews and at the first interview as a new grad I figured out that actually they do not have high expectations on technical knowledge ( I guess i got this vibe honestly), they just want you to go and work for them at the countryside for long periods of time to set 5G antennas (Turkey) which is a big no for me. I ended the conversation there. However if you have an OK academic record and willing to spend some time (3-5 months) on random towns I think you can get hired.

I was a provider to this company and my business point of contact in Huawei recommended me for the job. I only had to send an email to Human resources, and soon I had an interview scheduled.
