I originally applied to the Culture & Experience Coordinator position through an employee referral in March 2018 but did not receive an offer. While speaking to the recruiter on my feedback call (love that they do these!) I inquired about a Customer Success Manager position that was just posted. She told me that someone else recruits for that position and that she would reach out to her. By the next business day she put me in touch with the recruiter Johanna Fleming who suggested I apply for the Channel Consultant role. I had a 30 minute phone interview with Johanna and then scheduled another 30 minute phone interview with one of the managers. Both interviews were very conversational and were focused on getting to know me. A week later I came into the Cambridge headquarters for an onsite interview with 5 members of the team. I was given a case study to prepare before my interviews that I discussed with one of the managers. After my interviews I had another phone interview with Kate Walsh, VP of Global Partner Services, which was quick but was used to get to know me and why I wanted to work at HubSpot. The next day I received the offer and gladly accepted! All in all, the process was timely, transparent, and very professional. I want to give a shout out to Johanna for being awesome during this process and providing me with loads of insight and advice!

Fair interview timeframe but once you move up in the interviewing process you’re given a project which you are to present at the final round. You are basically given a scenario much like one you’d have if you were in the role. Your job is to be creative but efficient in your problem solving skills.
