Up until today, the process was one of the best i’ve had, simple and clear. For the last stage, they invited me to the office for face to face interviews. If you’re not used to pressure, this might be a bit overwhelming because you’ll get 4 back to back interviews. But it’s a quite good exercise for what to expect.
In terms of follow ups, the recruiter always gave me a deadline date, if she didn’t have an answer by then, normally she dropped me a line or called mentioning the new date.
At first I didn’t get the job, as they decided to promote another person.
But later, 2 months after the feedback she got back to me saying that there was another opening and asked me if I was still interested.
