Very quick. 5 interviews with sales managers, followups with recruiter. Very odd. They like on a hypothetical cloud of what ifs. They have all clearly been programmed to answer questions and score you. Mostly because Hubspot scores people on interviews. There is no human element to it whatsoever. They pride themselves on having a mold that they try to fit people into. Seriously. They have interview analytics where they score every candidate and if you hit a certain score, you are made an offer. I consistently outperform every salesperson at every company I work for. But I didn't fit the mold. They also had me role play from a company I hadn't worked at in years. I didn't know we were going to do that (mostly because the recruiter tells you EXACTLY what is going to happen at every interview). I was a little rusty because it had been a long time since I'd sold that product. Then they lambasted me for needing a moment to prepare mentally. It's like algebra. I excelled at it in school. However, it's been a long time and I might need a minute to refresh. I was docked points for not reading their minds.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
(Hyperbolic metaphor question): "I am a business owner with 100 employees who needs more business from Google Ads on Tuesdays but only when it's not raining. How would you coach a Little League team if those Tuesdays were peanuts?
Phone Screen with Recruiter (off-camera)
Interview with Manager (mock disco)
Interview with another Manager (mock solution presentation)
Interview with your Sales Director (pretty easy, be human, we talked about fishing)
The two managers you get can make or break you getting in as some are tougher than others.

Very thorough and transparent interview process. Make sure you come well-prepared and can confidently speak to your ability to consistently execute 50+ outbound calls per day. I would also recommend highlighting a structured sales system you’ve successfully used and be prepared to walk through it in detail—from territory mapping and prospect research to outbound outreach, meeting generation, pipeline management, and follow-up cadence. The more you can demonstrate a repeatable, process-driven approach to generating results, the stronger your candidacy will be. Additionally, have specific metrics and success stories ready that showcase how your system has translated into meetings, opportunities, and revenue.
