I don't know what the whole process is. The person who scheduled a phone interview was a no show for our call. I emailed twice giving him an opportunity to reschedule, and I got no response. Sadly, this aligns perfectly with Hubspot's reputation. I recommend reading "Disrupted" by Dan Lyons before you submit your resume. I came across the book while studying for the interview that never happened. It's quite the horror story.
