Initial contact by a recruiter, a really nice and professional person then 3 rounds of interviews with 3 different people. I ended up being rejected because i am more of a sales person and they are looking for someone with a certain balance between sales and customer service (their words). I appreciate the feedback though and how professional the process was.

1st - Initial Recruiter Call 2nd - Hiring Manager Call 3rd - 3 round interview with panel Initial call with recruiter went well. Explained previous roles, experience, education and how I would be a fit into HubSpot and the role. Hiring Manager Zoom was great as well. They are asking behavior questions and want you to use the Star method throughout. I felt the interviews went well but only received an automatic email stating they were not moving forward. When I asked for helpful guidance or in-depth answer for the rationale of not moving forward to the next stage, I was blanked over email. If an applicant makes effort to learn about the role, products and takes time off work, I would recommend giving them feedback as you state on your website - Feedback helps us grow.
