Entretien
Structure:
1. Screening call with recruiter, 30 minutes.
2. Zoom call (without video) with hiring manager, 45 minutes.
3. Zoom video with 4 different people in different roles, 4 x 30 minutes with 30 minutes break in between.
Advice:
- Know your CV and how your previous experience can relate directly to the role.
- Study the tabs in HubSpot (Marketing, Sales, Service etc).
- Study the HubSpot Academy (Inbound/Inbound Marketing).
- Study the HubSpot Culture Code and the HubSpot Customer Code.
- Be ready to provide examples based on the STAR interview method.
Experience:
- Great interview experience from start to finish.
- Recruiter (kudos @Lorna) did a great job through out (this makes a difference when interviewing with several potential employers).
- All were professional and friendly.
- I look forward to joining HubSpot.

Initial call, call with team leader, case study to present to team afterwards. Everyone was friendly and positive. They have lots of resources online to use as well to prepare for your call.

The last three rounds are considered as one and the evaluates the candidate on various aspects of company culture.
45-minute interview with HR person, followed by a 1-hour interview with the CSM Manager.All interviews will be conducted online.Before the HR meeting, you will receive a link to the culture code, which outlines their values and culture.
