- Phone screen with recruiter - Interview with hiring manager - Assignment - 4 additional interviews Overall, the interview process was straightforward and everyone was nice, respectful, etc. I did feel like I was asked some of the same questions in each round and, I suppose to my detriment, answered these questions with similar responses (essentially what was I most proud of, what had I built, etc.) instead of coming up with different responses for each time I was asked. When I was ultimately rejected, I asked for feedback and was told that the interviewers found my answers to be repetitive. On the one hand, I felt that this feedback was fair and valid. However, you could also argue that the interviewers weren't really covering specific topics and/or asking questions that'd cover the extent of my background and experience. I also had to do an assignment which was basically creating a strategy from scratch. At this point, I should've opted out because spending time working for free is not something I will do again for any company. I did spend multiple hours on this over a weekend and was happy with the end result (and moved forward) but IMO was too much.
