Basically it was really long and then they said i did not have enough experience because of something from the phone screen. i just wish they didn't waste my time 3 hr take-home assignment before talking to anyone phone screen with recruiter technical phone screen with engineer technical "onsite" with programming problems some, but minimal behavioral questions lots of check-ins with the recruiter
