The recruiter screening call was fairly standard, but the next interview with the hiring manager was odd. The hiring manager appeared to be reading from a script when asking me questions. I don't think they really heard my answers, as they kept asking the next question, again seeming to read from what sounded like a script, which they were looking at rather than looking at the camera. I felt a bit invisible.
