The interview process was two rounds. Mostly behavioural questions (tell me about a time you dealt with conflict, etc.), with some questions being related to the specific practice I was interviewing for. Generally pretty standard.

The interview process involved the video interview which was a serious of behavior questions, they were focused on IBM's mission. What is important is to frame your stories in an analytical method spending brief of situation and then spent most time on what you did, and be specific with your details rather than broad. Practice helps alot

Interview was recorded, but was audio only. Asked roughly 3-5 behavioral questions. They were not very difficult to answer and it only took about 10 minutes. 3 minutes to answer and 1 to prepare.
