My interview was scheduled by a consultant in Hyderabad. I went to their office and after 2 hours of wait attended the technical interview. Was asked very basic questions on Oracle pl/sql and about Unix commands. Total time taken was around 30 minutes. Actually you dont even know before it gets over :)
Then my PDM round was scheduled next but the guy had to leave so it got postponed for coming monday. Went to IBM, Hyd office and they made me wait for around 1.5 hours and then I was asked to come in for the interview. There was a senior manager and a HR lady sitting. I was asked generic questions on my experience at my current job. then they negotiated the salary and promised that i will get the offer letter in a week or so.
Very nice!It's an online interview.The hiring manager is also very professional, told me the details about this position. As a fresh graduate,I think it's pretty nice.In a word, everything goes smoothly.I got the result very quickly as well.

This is for an entry level role. Started with 2 leetcode questions which was done in hackerrank, both were of easy difficulty. Next, was a purely behavioral interview, no technical questions or questions about my resume.
First, they will schedule you for an initial interview with the team lead and will be scheduling you for the next step which is technical exam and coding to see your skills. And Client round If they have requirement for any specific client.
