They interviewed me for a different job than what I had anticipated. The HR girl would only use the phone for communication. We played a fair amount of phone tag as a result. She does not pay any attention to her voice mail. She was supposed to email me information details and where the interview would take place, but she simply didn't. I had to guess and take a 2 hour bus ride out to Bedford. At the interview she tells me that she will get back to me in a couple of days on result of interview, but she never did. Apparently, I didn't get the job, but would have been nice to hear it officially. Thought HR girl was unprofessional.

The interview was pretty standard. Why IBM? Mostly competency based questions on different scenarios. There was a difficult one, which I have mentioned below. Some other candidates were grilled with tougher questions like what is IBM's share price for today? or pronounce Virginia Rometty's name
