Entretien
I interviewed at IBM (Kolkata) in July 2016. The whole process took 5 days.
First they took online test which were of two rounds, both being elimination round.
First online test was of Number Series and Aptitude. Both sections consisted of 18 question with time limit of 2 minutes and 15 seconds. Ater passing that test you will give 2nd online test which was of English, basic questions were asked like punctuation marks, error, active voice, passive voice, business communication emails, etc. After passing this test I was asked to come after 3 days for interview round(Technical + HR) via email.
I have successfully cleared the interview round and completed all the assesments.

They asked me 7-8 questions to me, depending upon your resume.
1. Tell me about yourself.
2. You have done Android App Developmet tarining? Why you selected Android?
3. And explain your final year project.
4. Tell me about your Android App you created.
5. You also do blogging, so tell me about your blog and purpose of your blog.
6.Your resume is impressive, as you also mentioned that you have Android Tutorial cahnnel on youtube. So tell me, how you create Android tutorial videos and upload them to youtube?
7. Tell me about your currently working app.
8. Do you have any question to me?
At last HR told me, you are very very impressive and nice to meet you.
Finally i got my result and got selected. :)

Entretien
It was great ez they asked me pretty basic stuff such as palindrome and string manipulation and the interviewer was a bit frank with me he and i did some chit chat for a bit as occured that we were from same town

Question 1
The one thing that they asked me was what technology are u familiar with that IBM uses
The process was okay but the result of the interview took so much time. NO reply to the mails as well. interview was offline and has 3 different rounds. one language round, then coding round and then interview.
First round was a language round that was conducted online. We were asked multiple simple questions in English to test our listening, speaking and reading skills. The next round was a coding assessment round. We were shown two questions of easy-medium level difficulty from the competitive coding website Hacker Rank. The 3rd round was a behavioral assessment round where we were given 5 questions and for each question we were allotted 5 mins to answer before the system automatically submits and goes to the next question. The questions were similar to "Explain about a situation where your leadership allowed for a problem to be solved" etc. The last round was the interview round where they asked both technical and non technical questions. The technical questions that were asked where from the projects we have made that were noted down on our resumes.
