I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at IBM (Bratislava (Slovakia)) in February 2017. It was a 20 minutes interview over the phone. A lady had an excellent command of English language and her questions were brief and straight forward. I think she was mostly testing my English.
