These are the main steps I went through:
1. Contractor/recruiter small interview: they work with many contractors so choose wisely because it's hard or impossible to change contractors
2. Technical: avarage technical questions, not too deep
3. HR kind of interview + salary negotiation: this is a critical step as you don't get much salary increase year after year

Q: What is your skill level in comparison to our needs? (it sounds like a no-brain-er, but actually it testes your ability to find and express how you can actually help them)
Bogus interview process. I applied foe something and they start asking question which w as not relevant for me at all. Would never apply again at IBM for any role in the future.

Questions from my project, they told to explain about the project I have put in resume and then they started explaining about the role
there were 3 rounds, 1st was coding, next 2 were technical interview. 1st round went well but then got rejected in the 1st technical round. It was easy but then don't know what went wrong
