Fair and quick, One telephonic round followed by two face to face discussions, and then finally a HR round. Fair process and quick turnaround time. Hiring manager was confident about the expectations and stuck to the job description

Entretien
Applied online. Some days after, received a link to the technical interview. It was not asked for available dates to an interview. The interview started abruptly. While I understand the importance of diving into the technical details of the project, I believe a brief introduction or small talk at the beginning could have provided a more comfortable atmosphere for both parties. This initial connection could help set a positive tone for the conversation. the interview took one hour and after some days, an email was received asking a feedback on the interview process. It was not sent an email informing I was not selected to the position.
