There was first the Application Online, which lead to the first interview a phone interview and then a second and final Video Interview where I talked with hiring manager and talked more about why I would be a good fit/experience.

I applied online and was recruited through university recruitment for the Summit Program. I had an on campus interview, two phone interviews, and was invited to a hiring event in San Francisco. It was two short days of networking and interviews and was pretty fun! You get to meet the IBM managers as well as others going through the hiring process.
