Drove to McLean, Virginia for a "super day" which is their only round for interviews. The night before was a pre-interview dinner, basically just another networking event to get a better understanding of culture and see what type of people you would work with. The "super day" was from 9 am - 2 pm and consisted of two 30 minute behaviorals each with a different interviewer and a one hour group case study. IBM structured the rest of the time on Q&A, breakfast, videos, and basically more information on the CbD program. Overall the process was very casual and the inteviewers were both young people around 3 years into their career at IBM so it took the edge off of talking with a senior manager. If you get invited to the super day you already have the technical acumen to excel so they are looking for cultural fit and gauging if what you want aligns with their offering. Group case study was an hour long and we had 10 minutes to read through the 4 page case study. At the end were some questions like "how would you go about gathering requirements?", "what are some key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success?". If you have never done a case study interview then I HIGHLY recommend using Deloitte's case study prep tool to prepare. Just google "deloitte practice case study" and it should be the first link. Additionally, do some independent research on SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and implementation approaches like phased, big bang, waterfall, parallel. I wish you all the best of luck!

A entrevista foi dividida em duas etapas e foi tranquila. Porém, na primeira entrevista, a vaga tinha um escopo. Na segunda etapa, a vaga ganhava um escopo totalmente diferente. Com a quebra de expectativa, não senti segurança em continuar o processo seletivo e declinei a continuação.
