J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez IBM (Singapour) en févr. 2017
Entretien
Went for IBM Consultant by Degree interview, went in the place looks quite professional with around 48 interviewees (most ppl wearing suits and tie) makes me looks sort of under dress ;P
Start off with an introduction by HR and the Top Management then follow by an case interview assessment
They split us into groups of 8 to 9 people, if I am not wrong it is by portfolios like eg. Technology, Business, Design, Analytics etc
Each group is assigned by an assessor and with other people walking around
So we start to discuss a given case and start to present our business solution for that "Client"
Assessor will take on the role of Client and ask question
After that was a networking session with management and people around
Individual panel interview starts with given time slots
Followed by Lunch/refreshment during noon
Then wait for interview again, interview will be asked with Consultant questions according to your portfolio and a simple technical test :D
Finish can zao alr, make alot of friends
The interview process can vary by company and role, but most follow a fairly standard sequence. Here’s what you can generally expect:
You submit your application (resume, cover letter, portfolio if relevant). A recruiter or hiring manager reviews it to see if your background matches the role.

It’s very easy, was a quick call, and they asked about behavioral questions and skills. Told me that if they liked my profile they would call me in the next days.
The interview process was a positive experience overall—well organized, professional, and welcoming. Communication was clear throughout, and the interviewers created an open, respectful environment that made it easy to have a genuine conversation.
