I only had one interview it was very weird. But also super awesome. I got the job offer in the interview, which is very unusual. My boss was new and I was one of his first hires. I remember he totally tolled me that he was discriminating against older people in the interview process. I know he didn't mean to discriminate against older developers considering he was young and didn't want to boss around an older person. But it is still discrimination, it makes sense why he would feel that way, I was mainly surprised that he said that out loud.
