I had one interview with the recruiter, followed by a video interview with the hiring manager. Both interviews were about 30 minutes long and were most informative. The hiring manager did not seem very enthusiastic and was even slightly snarky at times, but I knew once I left that interview that I was not getting that role based off of that interaction. The hiring manager also did not have my resume ready, so I had to spend much more time reviewing it rather than speaking to my strengths and skills.
