A recruiter contacted me via LinkedIn, after that 2 interviews followed. Then an offer arrived.
Horrible experience , I was interviewed for full stack developer role.
It turned out to be an SDET position , I had to reject the offer before signing the contract on the date of my onboarding.
Quite dishonest , and reflects no commitment to employees.
Never had Manager interview, and tried tu rush my resignation for my current job to 1 week.
I do not recommend IBM Guadalajara.
