In the 1st round, the HR gave 1 minute to every candidate to talk about a random topic.. The candidates were assessed on their communication skills with importance given for grammer correctness.
2nd round consists of Technical questions.

The interview process was not the best but was average , It includes a group discussion and most of the interviews are conducted in a day. If you prior experience you can make it through.
Bogus interview process. I applied foe something and they start asking question which w as not relevant for me at all. Would never apply again at IBM for any role in the future.
