I appeared IBM interview on 03-03-2019 and i got offer 09-04-2019 from IBM .
One thing I would add is that in general IBM's recruitment process can be quite slow. There are a lot of steps in the process, involving a lot of different departments that are spread all across the world, and the process can get stalled at many points.

Very nice!It's an online interview.The hiring manager is also very professional, told me the details about this position. As a fresh graduate,I think it's pretty nice.In a word, everything goes smoothly.I got the result very quickly as well.

Entretien
This is for an entry level role. Started with 2 leetcode questions which was done in hackerrank, both were of easy difficulty. Next, was a purely behavioral interview, no technical questions or questions about my resume.
First, they will schedule you for an initial interview with the team lead and will be scheduling you for the next step which is technical exam and coding to see your skills. And Client round If they have requirement for any specific client.
