J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez IBM (Washington, DC) en oct. 2010
Entretien
I applied through campus recruiting as well as on the website. I was contacted through email to attend a weekend long event in Virginia (close to Washington DC). Friday night was an informal dinner and Saturday was the interviews. There were 3 back to back interviews and questions depended on whatever the interviewer felt was appropriate. Since I have a CS background, 1 interviewer asked me technical questions related to UML/SQL. The other 2 interviewers asked me general behavioral questions. I also had to take a test online at some point with basic math and logic type questions (timing is what gets you on these!). At the interview they assured that applicants that the test was not very important in determining who will get hired.
good as what i read online and heard from friends past experience. Would recommend to others as well. The HR person is really friendly and efficient on communication and logistics
First group interview with a problem topic shown forehead. Prepare a ppt and share it with candidates in the first round. the second round is the individual interview in which questions based on your CV are provided.

Friendly interviewer, especially for new grad. Encourage you to share your experience. The job content matched what was discussed during the interview. Did not ask unreasonable question. Also give you time to ask question about the company. Quite an enjoyable interview experience.
