I have been called via staffing agency for a group interview, shortlisted via interviews for 3 technical rounds and one managerial round. it's great to be into IBM and found fantastic to be selected in IBM

Pretty light on technical content, met multiple managers and technical folks where they explained what they do, and they had questions on what I had done in College. Not to many technical questions, no IQ test, etc

Not too many difficult questions ... most of the questions had to do with what have you done so far
It was very smooth and technical process. They were very welcoming and helped me walk through their team and everything. They also took personal interest about my life and career goals and put a road map in front me if I was going to be hired.

Applied online. Got response after 3 months. Surprised that I was still on the file. Interview process was Simple and Straight forward. Met with manager and team. Very nice people. Respectful. Had to take aptitude test. No phone interview. Did not ask for reference.
