1st was GD in which a hypothetical scenario was give on which we had to provide a solution, 2nd was JAM in which they gave a topic on which we had to speak for like 3-4 minutes, 3rd was telephonic round in which they asked for basic operations regarding computer.

The interview process was not the best but was average , It includes a group discussion and most of the interviews are conducted in a day. If you prior experience you can make it through.
Bogus interview process. I applied foe something and they start asking question which w as not relevant for me at all. Would never apply again at IBM for any role in the future.
